Senior Manager, Finance (Ventures) | Hybrid

About the Role

Spotify is seeking a Senior Manager in Finance to help evaluate and support the launch of new in-person experiences. As we expand beyond digital streaming, you’ll build the financial foundation that connects our global platform reach with real-world operations.

This is a foundational role where you’ll design investment models, unit economics frameworks, and operational governance for capital-intensive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of multi-year financial models for infrastructure and operational investments, including budgets and long-term payback assumptions
• Partner with business leaders to define the appropriate “Single Unit” for performance measurement and decision-making
• Develop scenario analyses to support leadership in evaluating strategic options
• Manage the end-to-end financial lifecycle for infrastructure and operating investments, from planning through ongoing governance

Requirements

• Proven experience building investment and forecasting models for capital-intensive projects
• Strong understanding of unit economics and how to translate metrics into operational decisions
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with financial governance processes and scenario planning
