About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs to lead a key demand generation and client engagement channel. You’ll own our webinar and CLE programs end-to-end—turning strong topics into impactful events and measurable results.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs, you’ll also support broader customer marketing initiatives, including serving as the marketing liaison for our Client Advisory Board. Your work will help drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), strengthen client relationships, and elevate thought leadership with a seamless digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead webinar and CLE program planning from ideation through execution, including speaker coordination and logistics
- Own post-event marketing activities and ensure timely, consistent follow-up
- Develop and maintain performance reporting to track outcomes and inform continuous improvement
- Support customer marketing initiatives and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experience
- Serve as the marketing liaison for the Client Advisory Board and help translate insights into programming
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure programs align with demand generation and client engagement goals
Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing programs, preferably in demand generation, webinars, or digital events
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and an execution-focused mindset
- Ability to coordinate speakers and manage end-to-end event timelines
- Experience using performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and guide optimization
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating in a fast-paced environment
