About the Role
Torc is building software for automated trucks that help transform how freight moves. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on MLOps, you’ll help enable ML developers across the organization by building and scaling the infrastructure and tooling that power end-to-end experimentation and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop an ML operations framework that supports repeatable experimentation at scale
- Build and maintain pipelines for training, evaluation, and model lifecycle management
- Partner with ML teams to standardize workflows, improve reliability, and reduce time-to-iteration
- Implement monitoring, logging, and governance practices for production-ready ML systems
- Improve automation and developer experience across the experimentation platform
Requirements
- Strong experience building MLOps tooling, pipelines, or ML platforms
- Proficiency with Python and modern ML/engineering practices
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and data/ML workflow automation
- Comfort working with cloud services and distributed systems (as applicable)
- Ability to translate platform needs into scalable, maintainable engineering solutions
