About the Role
Tria Federal is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape digital experiences that support the health and safety of veterans, service members, and civilians. You’ll work on mission-driven products and partner with teams advancing modern, secure technology solutions— including emerging AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered product experiences across the full lifecycle
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate needs into clear UX/UI concepts
- Create design artifacts such as flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability
- Iterate based on user feedback, testing insights, and measurable product outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio
- Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and usability principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering
- Comfort designing for accessibility and inclusive user experiences
