About the Role
Lab49 is looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product work across the Financial Services sector for top-tier clients. You’ll drive innovation in a cross-functional Agile environment, translating complex needs into solutions that create measurable value—while also helping grow client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, discovery, and delivery for complex financial services initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and execute against measurable outcomes
- Present product insights, plans, and progress updates to C-level stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support successful delivery and identify expansion opportunities
- Turn intricate financial concepts into clear product artifacts that teams can execute
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Financial Services
- Strong ability to lead discovery and translate requirements into a delivery plan
- Comfort presenting to senior leadership and influencing across functions
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
