Senior Product Manager (Kubernetes Platform) - Remote

About the Role

Join the Microsoft 365 Core Product Management team and help build a large-scale cloud infrastructure platform powered by Kubernetes. You’ll work with a diverse set of Microsoft 365 product teams and enable some of the biggest workloads across Microsoft.

We develop managed infrastructure and platform capabilities that help engineering teams rapidly build, deploy, and operate services at global scale—including next-generation AI and agentic workloads.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and drive roadmap execution for a Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform.
• Shape outcomes across developer experience, intelligent workload orchestration, scalability, and platform reliability.
• Partner with engineering, program management, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and internal needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and prioritized initiatives.
• Continuously improve platform reliability and performance through data-driven iteration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong technical depth and product execution skills.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes.
• Ability to design developer-focused experiences and define platform reliability and scalability goals.
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering across multiple teams.
• Track record of delivering complex platform programs in large organizations.
