About the Role
As Senior Product Manager for Merchant Activation, you will own the merchant activation journey—the end-to-end experience that determines how quickly and reliably a newly signed merchant becomes active and able to process payments.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for the merchant activation journey, from onboarding through activation
- Identify friction points and root causes that slow activation or impact reliability
- Define success metrics, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve issues
- Own roadmap priorities and ensure delivery aligns with customer and business needs
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with ownership of complex, multi-step customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills and comfort defining metrics and interpreting data
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
- Ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements and outcomes
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of improving reliability and time-to-value
