About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll bring structure and clarity to complex Microsoft delivery engagements. You’ll be accountable for client outcomes, predictable execution, financial control, and alignment to business value using Hitachi Solutions’ delivery methodology.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal governance teams, stabilizing delivery quickly, leading with transparency, and driving proactive action using KPIs and disciplined planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams across delivery, architecture, functional/technical, offshore, and PMO stakeholders
- Establish ownership, maintain disciplined project plans and forecasts, and track performance against targets
- Use KPIs to identify risks early and drive timely, proactive mitigation actions
- Escalate issues early and manage scope and change through defined process and governance
- Provide commercial judgment to support decisions that impact margin and overall project risk
- Ensure delivery execution stays aligned to business value and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a project delivery leader in consulting or enterprise IT environments
- Strong ability to stabilize and scale delivery for complex, multi-team engagements
- Demonstrated skills in forecasting, financial control, and margin/risk awareness
- Experience managing scope changes, governance, and transparent stakeholder communication
- Ability to drive outcomes using KPIs, disciplined plans, and early escalation practices
