About the Role
AnaVation is looking for a hands-on Senior Proposal Manager to strengthen our Business Development team. In this role, you’ll help drive the proposal lifecycle for federal opportunities—coordinating people, managing timelines, and ensuring our submissions are competitive and compliant.
You’ll be a versatile, high-impact team member who can step in wherever needed, from proposal management to cross-functional coordination and support during key business development moments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage federal proposal efforts from planning through submission
- Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to develop compliant, winning responses
- Own proposal schedules, task assignments, and quality checks to meet deadlines
- Support development of win themes, messaging, and proposal structure
- Collaborate with Business Development to align proposals with customer and program needs
- Ensure proposals follow applicable requirements, standards, and submission guidelines
Requirements
- Proven track record leading successful federal proposals that resulted in awarded contracts
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience managing proposal timelines, edits/review cycles, and compliance expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative as a “utility player”
