About the Role
Roblox is looking for a Scientist or Senior Scientist to help build and improve ads systems that support a safe, engaging experience for our global community. In this role, you’ll tackle large-scale technical and data challenges while contributing to better outcomes for users and advertisers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate data-driven approaches for ads systems at scale
- Partner with engineering and product teams to translate research into measurable improvements
- Design experiments, analyze results, and iterate based on performance insights
- Contribute to safer, more civil shared experiences through responsible analytics
Requirements
