About the Role
Rockstar Games is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Data Engineering to help build a modern game analytics platform. You’ll work on large-scale ingestion and transformation pipelines that give analysts and data scientists reliable, high-performance data to drive player-focused insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data ingestion and transformation workflows with a focus on performance and reliability
- Build and optimize data pipelines that support analytics and downstream applications
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and other Software Engineers to deliver end-to-end data capabilities
- Partner with analysts and data scientists to enable data-driven reporting and tools for stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience building data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Proven ability to develop reliable systems that perform at scale
- Experience working with analytics-oriented data models and transformation logic
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and analytics teams
