About the Role
Wellington Management is expanding its Enterprise Limits & Restrictions (ELR) engineering team and is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and support a platform that powers investment compliance and trading controls.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software components for the ELR platform
- Support trading controls and compliance workflows used by investment teams
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable system features
- Investigate issues, improve performance, and ensure production stability
- Contribute to engineering best practices across the team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer building and supporting production systems
- Strong understanding of software design, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Experience with enterprise applications and systems integration (preferred)
