About the Role
Ethena is building compliance training that adapts to your organization—powered by intelligent AI that tailors learning to your brand, roles, policies, and risk profile. We help People, Legal, and Compliance teams launch training in days, reduce learner seat time with adaptive paths, and support large-scale rollouts across thousands of organizations.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve backend and/or full-stack features for our training platform
- Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable software
- Write maintainable code, add automated tests, and participate in code reviews
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability as usage grows
- Partner with the team to iterate quickly while maintaining high engineering standards
Requirements
- Experience building production software as a senior engineer
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Proficiency with modern backend development practices (e.g., APIs, databases, and distributed systems)
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving product environment
- Experience with testing and observability to ensure dependable releases
