About the Role
Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI) is hiring a Server Specialist to support and strengthen our clients’ server infrastructure. This onsite role in Frisco, Texas focuses on reliable deployments and day-to-day infrastructure support, helping deliver secure, dependable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide server infrastructure support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support server deployments and configuration for client environments
- Assist with infrastructure projects that improve performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to client needs
- Maintain accurate documentation for supported systems and changes
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux server environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for server, network, and infrastructure issues
- Knowledge of common server administration practices (patching, configuration, monitoring)
- Ability to work onsite in Frisco, TX
