About the Role
SoftwareOne is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Architect to design and advance enterprise IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you’ll help customers improve software compliance, increase asset visibility, strengthen procurement governance, and optimize asset lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities across enterprise environments
- Serve as a technical authority for ITAM, guiding solution patterns, standards, and best practices
- Drive governance and compliance outcomes through well-structured workflows and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and operational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Support the evolution of existing ITAM implementations, ensuring continuous improvement over time
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Strong understanding of software and hardware asset management concepts, including compliance and lifecycle processes
- Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations, data structures, and workflow automation within ServiceNow
- Ability to lead transformation efforts and shape best practices across global organizations
