About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you’ll support day-to-day restaurant operations by assisting management with routine administrative tasks and on-floor execution. You’ll help ensure a great guest experience while maintaining company standards for product, facilities, and food handling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive consistently excellent customer service
  • Support compliance with product and facility standards
  • Review and reinforce safe food handling procedures
  • Assess daily operational flow and help resolve issues
  • Provide crew training, coaching, and ongoing feedback for hourly team members
  • May take full responsibility for opening and closing duties when needed

Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant operations or a guest-facing environment
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation expectations
  • Comfort taking ownership of shift tasks and maintaining standards
