About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you’ll support day-to-day restaurant operations by assisting management with routine administrative tasks and on-floor execution. You’ll help ensure a great guest experience while maintaining company standards for product, facilities, and food handling.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to drive consistently excellent customer service
- Support compliance with product and facility standards
- Review and reinforce safe food handling procedures
- Assess daily operational flow and help resolve issues
- Provide crew training, coaching, and ongoing feedback for hourly team members
- May take full responsibility for opening and closing duties when needed
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant operations or a guest-facing environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation expectations
- Comfort taking ownership of shift tasks and maintaining standards
