About the Role
Insomnia Cookies is hiring a hospitality-focused Store Operations Manager (GM) for our Downtown Cincinnati location at 1126 Main St, Cincinnati, OH 45202. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching a team, driving store performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and guest service
- Own key store metrics, including sales targets and operational standards
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold company policies
- Work with leadership to implement improvements and achieve growth goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in store operations, management, or a hospitality/retail leadership role
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset and a passion for service
- Reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow

- Base salary up to $60,000/year plus a monthly bonus compensation package
