About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to help plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content for MHA platforms. This part-time role supports our digital presence by engaging audiences and highlighting programs, campaigns, events, and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging written and visual content for social media channels
- Plan and schedule posts to support campaigns, events, and key announcements
- Monitor content performance and help refine messaging based on engagement
- Collaborate with staff, executives, donors, partners, and community stakeholders to gather timely updates
- Maintain an organized workflow for multiple priorities and content deadlines
Requirements
- Strong writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
- Comfort working with social media trends and best practices
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience coordinating content calendars and posting schedules (preferred)
