About the Role
Milwaukee Tool is looking for a Software Engineer to help build innovative front-end and back-end solutions in-house. You’ll work across the full stack—supporting database creation, visual design, process definition, and coding—to deliver high-impact software for new product development.
This is a fully onsite role in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Program and implement software solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and speed for new product development
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end capabilities as part of full stack delivery
- Define and refine processes that support software development lifecycle needs
- Build and maintain databases and related data structures to support product workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver reliable features
Requirements
- Experience building full stack applications (front-end and back-end)
- Ability to create and work with databases
- Strong coding skills and a practical approach to software design
- Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
