About the Role
Formlabs is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to help shape and execute our enterprise architecture for digital, financial, and data systems. Reporting to the CIO, you’ll partner with multiple teams to align technology strategy, integrations, and in-house engineering principles into a cohesive, scalable platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic technical leader within the Systems Department, acting as an enterprise architect with a builder mindset
- Evaluate and recommend technical options for complex initiatives, including making difficult trade-off decisions
- Drive architecture consistency across the tech stack, integrations, and internal engineering standards
- Consult with Digital, Financial, and Data systems teams to support delivery and long-term maintainability
- Enable enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, and security capabilities across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience designing enterprise architectures and owning technical direction across multiple systems
- Strong hands-on ability to contribute in code and guide engineering teams through implementation
- Experience with integrations and system design for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working in a global, cross-team environment
