About the Role
Field Materials AI is building AI-native material management software for construction. We help teams streamline purchasing and equipment rentals, improve inventory accuracy, and support prefab operations. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll help customers successfully integrate our platform with their construction workflows and major ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Own technical discovery and solution design for customer integrations
- Guide implementation of workflows that automate purchase orders, invoices, delivery slips, and receipts
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address integration needs and improve customer outcomes
- Provide technical support during onboarding and ongoing adoption
- Communicate platform value clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience working as a solutions engineer, systems engineer, or implementation-focused role
- Strong knowledge of API integrations and data workflows
- Comfort with ERP-related concepts and integration patterns
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and translate requirements into actionable technical plans
- Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
