About the Role
William Hill U.S., a leading sports betting provider, is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to support our retail sportsbook operations. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of the sportsbook—welcoming both experienced bettors and first-time customers—while delivering fast, helpful service in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in the sportsbook
- Assist customers with questions about sports betting options and ticketing
- Support customers in making informed and responsible wagering decisions
- Maintain a welcoming, professional presence during busy shifts
- Follow sportsbook procedures and direction from the Sportsbook Manager
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and comfort interacting with the public
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, retail-style environment
- Reliability and flexibility for nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
- Basic understanding of sports betting concepts (training may be provided)
