William Hill U.S. is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to support our retail sportsbook operation in Henderson, NV. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for both experienced bettors and newcomers, helping create a welcoming, high-energy experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to regulars and novice bettors
• Answer questions about sports betting options and assist guests in making informed, responsible wagering decisions
• Support daily sportsbook operations by helping process wagers and tickets according to established procedures
