About the Role
CoxHealth is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Virtual Care Command Center. This day shift role supports virtual patient care for individuals across CoxHealth’s service area, helping deliver timely, high-quality clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing assessment, triage, and clinical guidance within the virtual care environment
- Monitor patient status and respond according to established protocols
- Document care accurately and communicate updates to the care team
- Coordinate next steps to ensure patients receive appropriate follow-up
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, privacy requirements, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in clinical nursing and comfort working in a technology-enabled care setting
- Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions
- Ability to follow protocols and manage priorities in a fast-paced command center
