About the Role
As Sr. Director of IT Product Management, you’ll own the end-to-end technology strategy and product roadmap for partner, customer success, professional services, and customer support. You’ll translate business goals into scalable, AI-native platforms while leading a small team of Product Managers and staying hands-on with solutioning, architecture, and delivery.
This role is hybrid and we’re looking for candidates based in Palo Alto.
Responsibilities
- Own the Partner Center technology roadmap, including cloud provider integrations, partner attribution & telemetry, and incentive/MDF management
- Partner with leadership to drive build-vs-buy decisions for the Partner platform
- Deliver solutions across the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, co-sell, information sharing, support, progress tracking, and program management for resellers, technology partners, ISVs, and cloud partners
- Stay accountable for scalable architecture and successful delivery of partner and post-sales technology capabilities
Requirements
- Proven experience leading IT product management and technology roadmaps end to end
- Experience working with partner ecosystems and integrations (e.g., cloud provider integrations, telemetry/attribution)
- Ability to lead a product team while remaining hands-on in solutioning, architecture, and delivery
- Strong strategic thinking paired with execution across cross-functional stakeholders
- Based in Palo Alto for a hybrid work model
