About the Role
Lumos is seeking a Senior FP&A Financial Analyst to join our Finance organization. This role partners with teams across the company, including IT, HR, and Operations, to turn financial data into clear insights that help leadership make smarter business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and organize analyses related to revenue, cost of revenue, and operating expenditures
- Support cross-functional teams with data, reporting, and financial insights
- Create and present coordinated financial views to enable leadership decision-making
- Recommend and help implement process improvements to strengthen reporting and analytics
- Ensure analyses are accurate, timely, and aligned to business goals
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A or financial analysis in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to partner effectively across departments and communicate insights clearly
- Comfort working with data to identify trends and opportunities
- Remote collaboration experience (preferred within East Coast or Central time)
