About the Role
CHAOS Industries is seeking a Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer to serve as a technical authority for combined power and analog board design. In this role, you’ll help drive engineering decisions that enable faster, more adaptable performance for defense and mission-critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for combined power and analog PCB design and architecture
- Provide expert guidance on power delivery, analog signal integrity, and system-level electrical design tradeoffs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust electrical solutions
- Review designs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements based on test and validation results
- Mentor engineers and influence best practices across the hardware development lifecycle
Requirements
- Deep experience in combined power and analog board design
- Strong understanding of analog electronics, power systems, and PCB design fundamentals
- Proven ability to operate as a technical authority and drive complex engineering decisions
- Experience with design reviews, debugging, and validation in hardware environments
