About the Role
Redwood Materials is building the infrastructure needed to scale the recovery, reuse, and recycling of battery materials. We’re seeking a motivated Staff Design Manager to lead design and engineering execution within our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) organization in McCarran, Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive design and engineering efforts supporting construction and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate technical workstreams across EPC stakeholders to keep projects moving at speed
- Oversee design deliverables and ensure alignment with project requirements, schedules, and quality standards
- Support effective planning, risk identification, and issue resolution during design and build phases
Requirements
- Experience leading design management activities for EPC or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of engineering deliverables, construction interfaces, and project execution
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
