About the Role
Dexcom is seeking a Staff QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of software and systems that support continuous glucose monitoring. You’ll play a key role in strengthening testing practices, supporting product teams, and helping deliver trusted experiences for customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain test strategies, test plans, and automated test frameworks
- Partner with engineering teams to identify risks, validate requirements, and improve software quality
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, integration, and regression coverage
- Own quality signals by analyzing defects, trends, and test results to drive actionable improvements
- Support release readiness activities by ensuring test coverage, traceability, and issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve engineering processes and standards
Requirements
- Strong experience in QA engineering with a focus on automation and test architecture
- Proficiency with scripting/programming languages commonly used for testing and automation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test execution in automated environments
- Working knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect triage, and root-cause analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering stakeholders
