About the Role
As a Store Representative, you’ll help keep our locations looking their best by supporting daily store readiness. This hands-on role includes merchandising, project execution, and day-to-day store operations while delivering a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Stock products and maintain high-quality store displays
- Support merchandising activities and execute in-store projects
- Help ensure stores are customer-ready every day
- Work closely with the team to maintain strong store operations
- Travel to assigned stores within a 30-mile radius of Southgate
Requirements
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to work between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM (day shift)
- Comfort with active, hands-on work in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation for local store travel
Benefits
- Starting pay $16.00/hour, up to $18.00/hour based on experience
- Additional $1.00/hour FLEX Travel premium
- Full-time schedule with day shift hours
