About the Role
PatientIQ is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive the company’s most important strategic initiatives and strengthen the operating foundation needed for the next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and partnering with executive leadership, you’ll help build and scale a new Strategic Program Office (SPO) focused on portfolio governance, planning, communication, and execution across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own PatientIQ’s strategic initiative portfolio—from prioritization through execution—ensuring clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and executive visibility
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver business results
- Build and scale the SPO by creating governance, operating cadence, portfolio management, and accountability mechanisms
- Partner with the Chief of Staff on strategic planning, executive operating rhythms, organizational priorities, and board/leadership communications
- Create executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and communications that convert complex information into clear decisions
- Define and track impact using KPI frameworks, proactively surface risks, and ensure investments deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes
- Champion AI-enabled ways of working by standardizing AI-powered workflows and automating manual processes across planning, communication, analysis, and execution
- Drive accountability by clarifying ownership, removing execution roadblocks, and maintaining momentum on top priorities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, executive-ready materials independently
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability without formal authority
- Strong business judgment and decision support—knowing when to analyze, recommend, or push toward action
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities while keeping the broader context in view
- Comfort in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and information may be incomplete
- High ownership mindset—build structure, define work, and drive execution to completion
- Strong interest in AI and modern productivity tools to improve analysis and organizational efficiency
- Relevant exposure to go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, product strategy, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
