About the Role
Join our project team to help deliver detailed electrical design and project execution for high-voltage substation initiatives. As a Substation Engineer III, you’ll collaborate with engineers and designers to support grid-focused projects from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project conceptualization, work planning, and day-to-day execution
- Own challenging engineering tasks, including investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of electrical design and engineering issues
- Create clear, client-ready reports that communicate both technical details and project status while meeting client requirements and S&L formatting
- Grow through peer learning by sharing knowledge through established processes and “Communities of Practice”
- Travel to client sites as needed to support project activities
Requirements
- Experience with high-voltage substation electrical engineering work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to produce concise technical documentation and project reporting
- Collaboration skills to work effectively in a multi-discipline project environment
