About the Role
Wing is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to help improve how our logistics operations plan, execute, and scale. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and systems that support delivery operations, identify opportunities for efficiency, and help translate insights into actionable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain and logistics system data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance opportunities
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and program teams to understand requirements and operational constraints
- Support process improvements by mapping current-state workflows and proposing data-driven enhancements
- Develop and maintain reporting/analysis to track key operational metrics and outcomes
- Document findings and recommendations clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience analyzing supply chain, logistics, or related operational data
- Strong skills with SQL or similar data query tools
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and analytics tools to build clear, decision-ready outputs
- Ability to communicate insights effectively and partner across teams
- Experience with systems thinking and process improvement methodologies is a plus
