ICQA Operational Excellence Analyst (Onsite) - Inventory Accuracy & Compliance

About the Role

Join our team as an ICQA Operational Excellence Analyst, a hands-on, floor-level role dedicated to maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance. You’ll perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure inventory transactions and documentation meet our control standards—directly supporting reliable inventory data across the business.

Responsibilities

• Run daily and scheduled cycle counts in assigned areas, investigate variances, and drive resolution
• Audit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS to confirm accuracy and proper documentation
• Detect and escalate non-compliance issues across receiving, storage, picking, and reconciliation processes
• Support physical inventory counts and help reconcile inventory during period-end and audit events
• Record findings and contribute to root cause analysis to prevent repeat issues

Requirements

• Experience working with inventory control processes and cycle counting
• Comfort auditing transactions in ERP/WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate discrepancies
• Ability to document results clearly and collaborate on corrective actions
