About the Role
Join NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk as a Supply Management Specialist. In this role, you will help ensure cost-effective customer support by continuously evaluating customer service processes and satisfaction outcomes for effectiveness and adequacy.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess customer service and customer satisfaction processes to confirm they meet operational needs
- Develop, analyze, and submit reports, charts, maintenance reviews, and manpower management program requirements for supervisor evaluation
- Coordinate and liaise with multiple units to maintain accurate and effective supply programs
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend policy and procedural changes to increase supply effectiveness and responsiveness
Requirements
- Experience supporting supply management, logistics, or related operational coordination
- Strong analytical skills for report and data review
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach to process evaluation and continuous improvement
