About the Role
Wyetech is seeking a System Administrator III to support and maintain mission-critical IT infrastructure for federal government customers. In this role, you’ll help ensure reliable day-to-day operations across servers, storage, networking, and mobile environments while troubleshooting issues and supporting implementations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to support stable performance and timely issue resolution
- Troubleshoot and maintain client/server/storage/network devices and related technologies
- Support escalation processes, including communicating status and progress to agency management and internal stakeholders
- Assist with implementation, maintenance, and operational support for IT systems and services
Requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments, including servers, networking, storage, and mobile device operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills for infrastructure and connectivity issues
- Ability to perform monitoring and support daily operational needs
- Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 escalation workflows and customer/stakeholder communication
