About the Role
Aurora is building safer, faster, and more accessible mobility through self-driving technology. As a Tactical Development Truck Operator, you’ll help support real-world development efforts that advance logistics and transportation systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate trucks in support of tactical development activities and field testing needs
- Follow operational procedures to help ensure safe, consistent execution
- Coordinate with team members to support development goals and data collection requirements
- Monitor and report on operational conditions during driving and deployment activities
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one per role requirements
- Demonstrated safe driving practices and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite in the Aledo, TX area for development activities
- Professional communication skills and willingness to follow documented procedures
