About the Role
ATLAS Navigators, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Associate to join our NW Phoenix team. This is a full-time, onsite role in public accounting, where you’ll support tax work under the guidance of Controllers, Directors, Managers, and CPAs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tax preparation and related compliance tasks
- Support senior team members in gathering and organizing client documentation
- Help review returns for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized files and follow firm processes and deadlines
- Communicate professionally with team members to resolve questions and issues
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Motivation to learn and grow in a public accounting environment
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfort working with client information in a confidential manner
