About the Role
Join Deloitte’s Business Tax Services (Federal tax) practice as a Tax Manager within the Japanese Service Group (JSG). In this role, you’ll help clients address complex federal tax matters while delivering both compliance and strategic consulting across a range of industries.
Responsibilities
- Provide federal tax consulting and compliance support to global and dynamic midsize clients
- Work directly with clients to support tax planning, restructuring, and issue resolution
- Lead and manage tax engagement teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with specialists across the firm when advanced tax support is needed
- Support tax controversy activities as part of resolving complex federal tax issues
Requirements
- Experience in federal tax compliance and consulting
- Strong knowledge of accounting for income taxes
- Ability to analyze and help resolve complex federal tax issues
- Leadership experience managing engagement teams
- Interest in tax restructuring and tax controversy matters
