About the Role
Adyen is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as a Team Lead for Project Operations Management. You will guide a group of Project Operations Managers (POMs) who drive delivery and execution of complex global initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Project Operations Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery
- Oversee execution of complex global workstreams from planning through delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum
- Support operational excellence by improving processes, reporting, and team execution
- Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into timelines, risks, and outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience leading or managing project operations, program execution, or project delivery teams
- Strong understanding of end-to-end delivery for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure work, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
