About the Role

In this role, you’ll work with a capable team and develop both technical and client-support skills—learning how to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to clients and help resolve technology issues
- Support consulting, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives as needed
- Manage your work with autonomy while collaborating with teammates for guidance
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand needs and recommend next steps
