About the Role
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is looking for a Therapy Technician to support patient care at our Cityview location in Long Island City. In this role, you’ll help prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, and assist with procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment spaces and gather equipment and materials for patient sessions
- Assist with procedures as directed by supervising Physical or Occupational Therapists
- Deliver a high standard of clinical support while maintaining 5-star customer service
- Work collaboratively with the team to help create a supportive, community-focused environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
