About the Role
Join our sportsbook retail team as a Ticket Writer, where you’ll be the friendly face of the operation. You’ll help both experienced bettors and first-time visitors feel welcome while guiding them through our sports betting menu with clear, responsible information.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to guests entering our sportsbooks
- Follow all company policies and applicable gaming regulations
- Answer customer questions promptly or quickly find answers when you’re unsure
- Assist with resolving disputes or complaints and escalate to a supervisor when needed
- Communicate and promote available sports betting options to customers
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a calm, professional approach
- Ability to learn and explain sportsbook offerings accurately
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliability and attention to detail when following rules and procedures
Compensation
- $15.92 per hour
