About the Role
Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is seeking a Training Specialist to strengthen patient access by delivering education and supporting efficient, consistent workflows. This onsite role also provides coverage across outlying clinic locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training for patient access processes and systems
- Support day-to-day workflow improvements that enhance the patient experience
- Coordinate training resources and documentation for clinic teams
- Partner with operational leaders to identify gaps and reinforce best practices
- Provide on-site support at outlying clinics when coverage is required
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or front-end clinic workflows
- Strong communication and training/education skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfort supporting process improvements in a fast-paced environment
