Responsibilities
- Process and support a variety of client transactions and related account maintenance activities
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements
- Use multiple systems to research, verify, and complete transaction steps
- Identify issues, resolve problems, and escalate when appropriate to meet service and compliance expectations
- Maintain clear, accurate records of transaction activity and customer/account updates
Requirements
- Experience in a financial services operations, transaction processing, or client support environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with detailed documentation
- Ability to follow regulatory and policy requirements consistently
- Comfort navigating multiple tools/systems and handling competing priorities
- Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment in a compliance-focused setting
Schedule & Work Location
- On-site in Owings Mills, MD
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:45 PM EST
- Weekend overtime as needed
