About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist the veterinary team with patient care during urgent visits
- Support procedures and treatments for common cases such as wound management, ear infections, and GI issues
- Help maintain efficient clinic flow in a cloud-based, digital workflow
- Provide excellent client service and communicate with empathy
- Demonstrate leadership as a senior team member in a collaborative setting
Requirements
- Experience as a veterinary assistant, with a focus on urgent or high-volume settings preferred
- Comfort working with canine and feline patients
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality care
