About the Role

Scout Motors is building the next chapter of an iconic American vehicle—electrified, digitized, and powered by American innovation. We’re seeking a Vehicle Project Coordination Manager to help drive vehicle program execution and keep cross-functional work aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle project activities across engineering, manufacturing, and partner teams to support timely delivery
  • Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed to protect schedules
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure requirements and changes are understood and acted on
  • Support planning and documentation for vehicle development workstreams, including status reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in coordination processes to reduce friction and improve execution

Requirements

  • Experience managing or coordinating complex vehicle, product, or engineering programs
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with program tracking and reporting tools
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
