About the Role
Source is building the operating system for global commercial construction—modernizing how a $1T+ industry moves money. As our Vice President and Head of Finance, you’ll help shape the financial infrastructure behind every project, purchase, and vendor relationship while supporting scalable growth through expansion, M&A, and platform transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own finance strategy and financial operations across the business, including scalable controls for high-volume purchasing
- Partner with leadership to guide planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Drive financial modeling and diligence for organic growth initiatives and active M&A
- Design and improve financial systems, reporting, and governance to support complex, multi-vendor project environments
- Ensure financial risk management, including internal controls and audit readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial infrastructure with product and marketplace execution
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in finance (VP or Head-level preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial systems, controls, and scalable reporting
- Experience supporting M&A or complex growth initiatives with financial diligence and modeling
- Proven track record building finance processes for high-stakes, operationally complex businesses
- Comfort partnering with technology teams and translating business needs into financial infrastructure
