About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to deliver high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams. In this remote role, you’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring key tasks and meetings stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders
- Review and prioritize incoming emails and communications, responding when appropriate
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence with a professional tone
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to support timely completion
- Organize meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and virtual setup
- Capture meeting notes and share summaries or next steps
- Assist with travel planning when needed, including itineraries and accommodations
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized digital files and support data entry and information management
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Administrative, executive assistant, or coordination experience (preferred)
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- High discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfort using digital tools, calendars, and collaboration platforms
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
