About the Role

SQUIRE is a business management platform built for barbers and shop owners, helping them attract and retain customers while running their shops more efficiently. We’re looking for an Account Executive to help drive growth by partnering with barbers and shop owners who want to streamline operations and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales process from initial outreach through closed-won agreements
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and understand their business needs
  • Present SQUIRE’s value and tailor product messaging to barbers and shop owners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales materials, outreach, and follow-up
  • Track pipeline activity and report progress using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role (Account Executive or similar)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing a pipeline
  • Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them clearly
  • Experience with CRM and sales outreach processes
